Welcome to Social Work
Thank you for visiting our website. Our school, accredited by the Council On Social
Work Education offers a wide range of educational and research programs. We offer
MSW and BSW programs at all four campuses and the Ph.D. program in Tampa. In addition
to a wide range of research activities, our school houses the Florida Kinship Care
Center and the Jim Walter Partnership Center. I invite you to peruse their websites

Social Work has never been in greater demand than at present. The US Department
of Labor has stated that employment of social workers is expected to increase faster
than the average for all occupations through 2014. Our school prides itself in graduating
outstanding clinical professionals. All of our faculty have rich practice experience,
in addition to their exceptional scholarship. The fast-growing Tampa Bay region
offers opportunities for both internships and employment in virtually every aspect
of social work. In addition, the school offers a number of opportunities for international
field placements.
